1. Using our website

These terms describe use of the VINGT ANS website operated by VINGT ANS. Please read them before creating an account, placing an order or sharing content.

Product purchases are completed through Shopify checkout, where the final price, taxes and shipping are confirmed. Features marked as test or preview do not collect payment or arrange shipment. Test gift cards are not real purchased value.

2. Personal & studio accounts

Provide accurate account and contact information, keep your password private, and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Personal accounts include access to the community and Rewards.

Studio accounts are registered separately. Studio access requires application review and approval. Detailed studio order policies are available inside the Studio Account; personal purchase policies do not replace those studio policies.

Parents or guardians should manage purchases and permissions for content involving children.

3. Products, prices & currency

Check the product description, selected size, color, quantity and currency before ordering. Product photographs may appear different on different screens. Use the Size Guide to help choose your size.

Prices and availability are shown for the selected market. Any applicable delivery charge or other charge must be shown before a live purchase is completed. Custom dancewear enquiries are subject to a separate quotation and confirmation.

4. Orders & delivery

For individual purchases, estimated delivery is 5–10 days for practice bodysuits and shoes, and 15–30 days for performance costumes.

Shipping is free on orders of USD $50 or more in the United States, or CAD $50 or more in Canada. Below that threshold, shipping is USD $5.00 in the United States and CAD $8.00 in Canada. See Shipping & Delivery.

For studio bulk orders, log in to your Studio Account to view delivery arrangements.

5. Returns & exchanges

For individual purchases, submit a return request and drop off your package with the carrier within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original hang tags intact and all included accessories returned.

Exchanges, including size changes, use a return-and-reorder process within the same 30-day window. We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label when the return-label service is active.

See Returns & Exchanges for conditions and the request form. A request submitted in this preview is saved; it does not automatically issue a shipping label.

6. Points & discount coupons

Personal account members earn 1 point for every $1 of merchandise after discounts. Gift card payments earn points; purchasing a gift card does not. Redeem 500 points for a $10 gift card. View the program and your balance under Rewards.

Each order can use one discount coupon. Multiple discount coupons cannot be combined. That one coupon can be used together with multiple gift cards: the discount is applied first, followed by gift card balances.

Specific offers may have their own stated conditions. Points become available after the delivery and return period shown in the rewards program. Test orders do not earn redeemable points.

7. Gift cards

A gift card is applied by entering its card number at checkout. Multiple gift cards may be used on one order, and unused balances remain available on the cards. Gift cards cannot pay for the purchase of another gift card.

Keep gift card numbers private. View reward gift card codes and current balances in My Rewards, using the personal account that redeemed them.

Personal reward gift cards are issued through Shopify and are available in My Rewards. Each reward gift card is redeemable only in its issued currency. Purchased gift cards can be redeemed in CAD or USD, using the exchange rate at the time of redemption when currencies differ. Purchased gift cards are delivered by Shopify email after payment and fulfillment, or on the selected delivery date. Open the email link to view the code and current balance. Gift card purchases do not earn points or receive promotional discounts.

8. Community content & respectful use

Share only photos, videos and other content you own or have permission to post. Obtain permission from people shown and parent or guardian permission for children. Do not share someone else’s private details, unlawful content, threats or harassment.

You keep ownership of your content. By posting, you allow it to be displayed within the community features you choose to use. Separate permission is needed before using your content for other promotional purposes.

Community rewards never require positive feedback. Keep reviews and experiences honest, and do not use the website to impersonate others, misuse accounts or interfere with its operation.

9. Privacy, updates & questions

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, order and community information is handled. These terms may be updated as website services change; the updated date will be shown here.
