Your rewards, your way
Who can earn points?
Rewards are available to personal account members. Log in before ordering to earn points. Studio accounts are not enrolled.
How are points calculated?
Earn 1 point per whole $1 of merchandise after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Gift card payments earn points; buying a gift card does not. Points are pending after payment and become available 30 days after the recorded actual delivery date. Refunds and cancellations reduce points. Test orders earn no points. Redeem 500 available points for a $10 gift card in the same currency. View your card code and current balance in My Rewards.
Where can I see my points?
Open Rewards in your personal account to see available and pending points, release dates and refund adjustments.
Can I combine rewards at checkout?
Use one discount coupon per order, together with multiple gift cards. Your discount is applied first, followed by your gift cards. Any unused gift card balance stays on the card.
