This return policy applies to individual purchases. For studio bulk orders, please log in to your Studio Account and view Returns & Exchanges.
30-day return window
Submit your return request online and drop off your return package with the carrier within 30 days of receiving your order. The 30-day period starts on the delivery date. Your package does not need to arrive back with us within this period.
Return condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original hang tags intact. All included accessories must be returned.
How to return
- Submit a return request online.
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label. We cover the return shipping cost.
- Pack the items with all tags and accessories, attach the label, and drop off the package with the carrier within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges & size changes
All exchanges, including size changes, follow a return-and-reorder process. Submit a return request and drop off your original items within 30 days of receiving your order, then place a new order for the size or style you want.
Items for a size exchange must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original hang tags intact. All included accessories must be returned.
